Terms of Service
What This Site Actually Is
HoardingCleanupPeru.com is a lead-generation marketing platform. It collects consumer inquiries and routes them to independent, licensed third-party contractors operating in and around Miami County, Indiana. This website does not perform hoarding cleanup or biohazard remediation, and does not employ field technicians, dispatch crews, or transport hazardous materials. No physical service of any kind originates from this domain.
Accessing this site, submitting a contact form, or calling the dispatch line does not create a service contract between you and HoardingCleanupPeru.com. Any service agreement you enter is formed exclusively between you and the independent contractor assigned to your inquiry.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of HoardingCleanupPeru.com — its pages, forms, promotional materials, and any communications originating from the platform. They do not govern the conduct, quality, licensing, or liability of any third-party contractor. By using this site, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you disagree with any provision, your only remedy is to stop using the site.
The Liability Firewall — Read This Carefully
HoardingCleanupPeru.com assumes zero physical liability, zero operational liability, and zero biohazard liability for any work performed by contractors introduced through this platform. This is not a limitation of liability — it is a complete absence of liability for field operations, because this platform has no role in those operations. Specifically, HoardingCleanupPeru.com is not responsible for:
- Property damage, structural harm, or loss of personal belongings during a cleanup
- Exposure to biological hazards, chemical agents, mold, vermin, or infectious materials
- Contractor negligence, incomplete work, or failure to meet regulatory standards
- Improper disposal of regulated waste, sharps, or hazardous substances
- Personal injury to any occupant, contractor employee, or bystander at a job site
- Delays, cancellations, or pricing disputes between you and an assigned contractor
Your claims, if any, run against the contractor. Not this site. Not its owners. Not its operators.
Indiana Regulatory Compliance
Contractors referred through HoardingCleanupPeru.com are independently responsible for complying with all applicable IDEM regulations governing the handling, transport, and disposal of biohazardous and hazardous waste, including IDEM solid waste management rules under 329 IAC 10, infectious and pathological waste regulations under 329 IAC 13, and applicable spill prevention or remediation obligations.
HoardingCleanupPeru.com does not monitor, audit, certify, or guarantee any contractor’s compliance posture. Consumers are encouraged to verify IDEM licensing and compliance status directly with the assigned contractor prior to authorizing any work.
Miami County and Local Ordinance Acknowledgment
Peru, Indiana falls within Miami County jurisdiction. Certain activities may require local permits, notifications to county health authorities, or coordination with municipal waste services. That responsibility rests with the contractor and, where applicable, the property owner. HoardingCleanupPeru.com has no role in local permitting and accepts no liability for permit failures or municipal non-compliance.

- They are completely void within the State of California and may not be redeemed, transferred, or accepted by any California resident.

No Warranties — No Guarantees
This site is provided on an “as-is” basis. HoardingCleanupPeru.com makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy of its content, the availability of contractors in your area, response times, pricing, or service outcomes. Contractor quality varies. Results vary. No statement on this site constitutes a guarantee of service quality, a promise of IDEM-compliant work, or a warranty of fitness for any particular remediation purpose.
Third-Party Contractor Relationships
Contractors connected through this platform are independent businesses — not employees, agents, franchisees, or partners of HoardingCleanupPeru.com. This platform exercises no control over how contractors perform work, what equipment they use, how they price services, or how they handle waste. A referral relationship does not imply endorsement, certification, or vetting beyond basic intake screening. Ask every contractor for proof of insurance, IDEM compliance documentation, and relevant licensing before any work begins.
Contact, Legal Notices, and the Zero Email Policy
HoardingCleanupPeru.com maintains a strict zero email footprint policy. No email address exists or is provided for this platform. All legal inquiries, privacy requests, service complaints, contractor disputes, and Terms questions must be directed exclusively via telephone to the dedicated dispatch line. Attempts to serve legal notices by email will not be recognized. Written legal correspondence should be directed to the registered agent on file with the Indiana Secretary of State.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HoardingCleanupPeru.com, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of this site, your interactions with any referred contractor, your misrepresentation of property conditions during intake, or your violation of these Terms.
Limitation on Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, HoardingCleanupPeru.com’s total liability to any user for any claim related to this platform is capped at zero dollars ($0.00), reflecting the platform’s role as a passive marketing intermediary with no operational involvement in service delivery.
Governing Law and Dispute Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami County, Indiana. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with any posted privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HoardingCleanupPeru.com regarding your use of this site.
Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Check this page periodically. The effective date reflects the most recent revision.
